Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains your rights when you buy from NutriVet (nutrivet.ee). It follows Estonian law and EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement at info@nutrivet.ee before the 14 days are up. After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. You cover the direct return shipping cost. Return address

Hygiene seal
You're welcome to inspect a product as you would in a shop. However, many of our products (shampoos, gels, solutions) carry a hygiene seal: once the seal is opened or removed, the product can no longer be returned — unless it is faulty. Products with an intact seal can be returned within the 14 days.

Refunds
Once you withdraw, we refund all payments including standard delivery cost (not any extra you paid for faster delivery) within 14 days. We may wait until we receive the goods back or you prove you've sent them. Refunds go to your original payment method, with no fee.

Faulty or wrong items
Separately from withdrawal, you have a 2-year right under Estonian law to goods that match the contract. If something arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact info@nutrivet.ee with photos and we'll arrange repair, replacement or a refund as the law requires. This doesn't cover damage from misuse.

To cancel before dispatch, email us as soon as possible.
